We are looking for twelve skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join the team in this exciting environment that offers both professional growth and a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments.
- Obtain and verify patient consent for anesthesia procedures.
- Discuss anesthesia options and risks with patients.
- Administer and manage anesthesia across all phases : induction, maintenance, and emergence.
- Monitor patient's physiological conditions during procedures.
- Perform necessary clinical interventions.
- Handle a diverse case mix, including EGD, colonoscopies, ERCP, and EUS procedures, with opportunities for additional cases at sister locations.

Requirements :
- Current license as a registered professional nurse.
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
- Certification or re-certification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
- Proven professional experience as a CRNA.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Years of experience 5-20 yrs
