Quality urance Tester
Location : Trenton NJ (Hybrid 3 Days OnSite 2 Days Remote)
Contract Duration : 12 Months
Description :
- Under the direction of an IT Supervisor the quality urance yst will be responsible for reviewing project expectations creating test cases and acceptance criteria executing tests and evaluating and doenting results.
- This is a Hybrid position 3 Days OnSite 2 Days Remote.
- Under the direction of a supervisor in the Office of Information Technology at the New Jersey Department of Education this position will be responsible for quality urance of the systems.
The candidate will create functional and nonfunctional testing requirements test solutions and ensure that the systems meet the desired specifications.
Requirements :
Education : Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related technical field.
Experience :
- 5 years experience in quality urance of software systems.
- Create test cases and acceptance criteria
- Executes test cases under varying cirstances
- Doent and evaluate test results
- Detect log and reports program bugs
- Track defects and trouble errors
- Create test procedures / training materials
- Identify and implement appropriate testing strategies.
- Collaborate with project team members on development customer issues and security requirements.
- Agile development experience
- Experience with data ysis

- Experience executing test cases under varying cirstances Required 5 Years
- Experience doenting and evaluating test results Required 5 Years
- Experience detecting logging and reporting program bugs Required 5 Years
- Experience tracking defects and troubleing errors Required 5 Years
- Experience creating test procedures and training materials Required 5 Years
- Experience working with K12 data Highly desired 1 Years
- Experience with Snowflake Salesforce Tableau Highly desired 1 Years
- Experience with Data ysis and use of relational databases Highly desired 5 Years
