A company is looking for an Associate Customer Support Technician to assist customers with software and hardware inquiries.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding software applicationsTriage and troubleshoot accounting software issues to reach resolutionsDocument problems and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support levelRequired Qualifications1 year of customer service experienceExperience with personal computers and Microsoft applicationsHigh school diploma or equivalent;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferredExperience in a real-time customer support center preferredFamiliarity with accounting software and case management systems is a plus
