Summary :
Responsible for providing operational leadership and direction to the Learning Administration team, including skills training, development, resource planning / allocation, performance improvement, and coaching.
Works closely with the IT, GSO, Business Services, and customer teams in the development and production maintenance of integrated systems, strategies, and approaches that deliver high impact learning solutions to the business.
Serves as a resource manager to the ADUSA centers of excellence, partnering and collaborating and advising on, or building, compliance course content that aligns with their needs / strategy.
Recognizes the companies of ADUSA as our customers and actively looks for opportunities to improve service and performance through enhanced use of LMS.
Has a deep knowledge of the business needs and software applications to provide value-added solutions and facilitate the Learning Administration team’s strategic and functional activities by developing project initiative proposals, organizing project teams, reviewing team performance to achieve project deliverables and milestones.
Influence knowledge and Learning process owners to maintain accurate process documentation and to monitor process performance, defining and utilizing effective metrics.
Promote and support partnership of LMS and Learning Specialists with customers, process owners, and partners such as GSO and IT to identify root causes to issues and drive continuous improvement activities.
Manages the intake process and development of compliance & regulatory courses required for all ADUSA brands.
Provides consult for externally-developed content for ADUSA non-leadership learning and compliance learning that is required for all ADUSA brands
Measures progress of projects to ensure they are meeting the learning objectives, and to evaluate effectiveness of training.
Ensure customer needs are met related to all Learning Administration actions : assignment profiles, compliance pushes, loading and testing courses prior to release, and system mainentance.
Maintains and provides guidelines to customers around system and software requirements for building and packaging learning content to be run ready when submitted for loading to the LMS.
Provides coaching and guidance to the team and other learning practioners within ADUSA and the brands.
Ensure robust development plans are in place to support associate growth and development.
Promote open communication so that associates understand and are inspired by the company’s ambitions and goals, driving increase associate engagement.
Drive diversity in talent pool / recruiting / succession.
Basic Requirements :
7+ years of HRBP / Management experience with project management experience, IT program management experience
Strong HR / LMS systems knowledge / expertise
HR process knowledge
Oral & Written Communication; Strong Ability to Partner with and Influence Leaders Throughout the Organization
Presentation Skills
Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability; able to be resourceful and "think outside the box"
Supervisory / Leadership Skills; Ability to Effectively Lead, Motivate and Develop Others
