Duties :

• Execute and drive mid-size feature application design and development efforts to completion, serving as a development lead on medium-scale projects and supporting the execution of larger efforts.
• Provide technical solutions in distributed testing for large-scale / enterprise-class software development projects.
• Analyze and troubleshoot coding, application performance and design challenges.
• Research root cause of development and performance concerns as well as the resolution of defects.
• Identify the technical requirements for the solutions being built and engineering needs including those required to build, maintain, and operate the system through all phases of its life.
• Utilize information modeling, data structures and algorithms.
• Integrate automation scenarios into CI / CD pipeline to ensure nightly batch process run without manual intervention.
• Understand maintenance characteristics, runtime properties and dependencies that exist in support of the system’s software, including hardware, platform, operating system, performance and load requirements, as well as contingencies with upstream and downstream systems.
• Assist with the development of standards for coding, testing, debugging and implementation.
• Ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.

A telecommuting / hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Five (5) years of experience must include :

• Designing, developing and implementing automation test framework architecture using Selenium, Appium, Spring Boot, POM, JUNIT, Java, and Cucumber Gherkin;
• Building applications using client-side technologies / frameworks including Node JS, Oracle / Mongodb, REST and Jquery;
• Measuring test coverage, refactoring code for optimal testability, and driving best practices using Branch coverage, Function coverage, Statement coverage, Loop coverage and SonarQube;
• Supporting continuous integration and delivery by developing Jenkins project for end-to-end application build creation;
• Utilizing the automation process to improve accuracy, streamline workflows and enhance customer experience;
• Integrating with cloud device execution for iOS and Android tests using See Test cloud;
• Utilizing Bitbucket, Jenkins, JIRA, Oracle, Docker, JSON, YAML, Splunk, Confluence, Postman, Artifactory, IntelliJ, Eclipse.
