We are actively seeking an Executive Director to lead our team with passion, integrity, and a deep commitment to our mission.

Role Summary :
The Executive Director will oversee all facets of our operations, including resident care and safety, staff management, marketing, public relations, and fundraising.
This position demands a leader adept at fostering relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including youth, staff, the board of directors, volunteers, state partners, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the Chief spokesperson, effectively communicating organizational achievements and needs to the public and all stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to licensing standards, the Reasonable and Prudent Parenting Standard, and organizational policies.
- Implement and translate the Board's policies and directives into effective programs.
- Oversee and report on the childcare program's operations and its alignment with established policies.
- Maintain compliance with local and State DHR reporting requirements.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, overseeing all expenditures.
- Lead monthly outreach meetings to cultivate new supporters and contributors.
- Build and mobilize community relationships to support organizational goals.
- Keep detailed records of all contributors and actively supervise the proposal writing process for funding.
- Secure grants and actively collaborate with other organizations to obtain funding.
Required Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in leadership roles
- Master's degree required.
- Proven integrity, honesty, ethical leadership, compassion, and self-motivation.
Preferred Qualifications :
- 10+ years of experience in leadership roles
- Background in social work is highly advantageous.
- Strong experience in financial management and non-profit sectors preferred.
- Demonstrable experience working with children is desirable.
- Grant writing experience is highly preferred.
