KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor progress of IT modernization efforts and provide regular updates to customer on key integration risks with a financial reporting, budget execution, or audit impact
  • Assist in the interpretation and traceability of end user business requirements into detailed functional and technical systems requirements for the financial management enterprise
  • Assist in the development of functional requirements for systems updates and technology changes
  • Coordinate with financial management counterintelligence professionals to assess impact of system modernization efforts on the counterintelligence and cybersecurity threat environment
  • Develop recommendations on systems while identifying risk areas and key considerations for possible adoption by the client
  • Support a team in evaluating current system architecture and designs from a variety of financial management solutions across the Intelligence Community, DoD, and other federal government entities

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of three years of IT system implementation experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university
  • Experience implementing / managing financial systems for Federal agencies, departments, or private sector
  • Experience with Momentum, Oracle Financials, or PeopleSoft
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
  • U.S. citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal government TS / SCI + Poly security clearance
