This position offers $590k+ in total compensation package.

- $450k the first year, more as a partner (18 months to partnership)
- $590k+ for total compensation package
- $50k signing bonus, 401(k) is 20% contribution, $3K CME stipend, $10K for relocation expenses
- 8 weeks of vacation plus 5 sick days, car expenses

- Expanding program with 30 to 50% pediatrics initially
