Multiple shifts and hours are available NOW! We are looking for HHAs and CNAs who enjoy working with elderly and children
PLEASE RESPOND WITH FULL NAME, RESUME, EMAIL ADDRESS AND DATES OF AVAILABILITY TO WORK THESE CASES. WE HAVE OPEN 12HR DAY SHIFTS AT THIS TIME.
TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED - IF NEEDED. PICK UP AND DROP OFF SHUTTLE LOCATION IS IN WESTON, FLORIDA.
Payrate : $15 / hr
We pay W2 and / or 1099 allowed. (W9 requires Liability Insurance).
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
MUST HAVE HHA CERTIFICATE OR VALID CNA LICENSE.
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
MUST HAVE VALID BASIC LIFE SUPPORT CARD.
MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEGATIVE TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST XRAY or TBQ GOLD QUANTIFERON BLOOD TEST RESULTS.
MUST HAVE ALZHEIMER'S, HIV AND ASSIST WITH MEDICATIONS CEUs.
MUST HAVE PHYSICAL WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS.
MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE.
MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.
MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.
MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
