coverage starting 9 / 16 / 24 or ASAP and ongoing.

Outpatient - Office / Clinic
No Call or Weekends
Shift : Mon. - Fri., 9a-5p
PPS : 50
Required : Amniocentesis, Chorionic Villus Sampling, Fetal Echo,
Specialized Ultrasound, Birth Defects, Genetic disorders, Pre-
Eclampsia, Growth Restriction, Multiple Pregnancy, Chromosomal
Abnormalities, Congenital Abnormalities, Pre-term Labor,
Hypertension and Thrombophilia
Low Risk Pregnancy 60%, High Risk 40%
8 Exam rooms
Onsite Lab, Ultrasound
Trauma Level 2 Facility
Nursery Level 3
Support Staff : 2 APPs
EMR : Cerner Millennium & GE Viewpoint
Expenses covered, weekly pay and Occurrence Form
