Associate Director & Counsel, Mergers & Acquisitions (Remote)

Responsibilities
- Provide primary legal support throughout all stages of M&A activity, including target identification, transaction planning, diligence, deal development and execution, and integration or separation post-transactions.
- Review and form joint ventures, equity investments, and other strategic collaborations, including licensing.
- Offer advice and guidance to the Group Strategy & Development team.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree
- Proven experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
- Strong understanding of M&A legal processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
