LHH Recruitment Solutions is is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our client’s non-profit team in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent support to our team and visitors.

As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities :

Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.

Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.

Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed.

Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Contract to hire role

Pay : $15 - $16 / hr

Fully in office, Monday - Friday
