Our bakery assistant managers work closely with the General Manager and shift leads to ensure fresh cookies are always available.
We are moving into the world of dessertts! As we grow, we need more help managing our menus of cakes, pies and cookies. You will oversee teams of 4-8 people each shift who are prepping ingredients for recipes and making dough on a 60 quart mixer.
The team will move around to various stations to mix, weigh, prep, frost and serve cookies. We're a QUICK SERVICE BAKERY;
managers with previous experience in QSR or a fast casual restaurant will thrive! perfect for someone with previous fast casual.
or quick service management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities :
- Help us keep our fun team environment by getting to know everyone and continuing to build our team!
- Manage the kitchen efficiently each day to keep an ongoing supply of fresh cookies available for purchase
- Oversee quality control- we want our cookies to taste the same at every location
- Deliver a fantastic customer experience so our fans will keep coming back
- Keep the store clean and tidy and pass health inspections with flying colors
- Understand and track reports and use them to track store metrics
- Motivate and coach employees to improve daily processes
- Resolve conflict or complaints from customers and employees
- Conduct frequent inventory on rotating ingredients
- Help manage labor and employee communication
- Keep up with posts / news / info from corporate on our internal app
Requirements :
- This position requires an extremely DETAIL ORIENTED person
- Must be available to work ALL shifts
- Background check required
- Must be over 18 years old
- High school Diploma
- Reliable Transportation
- Prior food management experience is required
- ServSafe Manager's certificate or obtain one upon hire
- Must be able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs
It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO).
They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people.
They gathered feedback and tested recipes a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process until they created the world’s best chocolate chip cookie.
