SAIC is in search of a FEDSIM Staffing Plan Solutions Architect to join our esteemed Enterprise Solution Architect team.
In this remote position, you will serve as the driving force behind the development, design, and seamless integration of the staffing plan to address the end-to-end solution across technical, management, and cost estimation domains.
Leveraging your extensive domain expertise and profound understanding of customer needs, you'll be instrumental in shaping innovative, competitively priced proposals that secure victories.
As the staffing lead, you'll collaborate closely with Business Development, Capture, Lead Solutions Architect and Proposal teams, identifying, tailoring, and integrating the staffing plan to address customer requirements and position our company for success.

Staffing Plan Solutions Architects will :
- Leverage domain expertise, develop comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and lead the development of a complete and highest-rated staffing solution and price competitive proposal.
- Participate in development of solutions and proposals to unusually complex problems which require a high degree of ingenuity and innovation;
and collaborate with technical business units to craft unique solutions to respond to customer challenges.
- Work with the technical and management solution development team to identify staffing requirements commensurate with the staffing strategy for the bid.
- Interpret labor categories and map them to potential resources' education and experience qualifications, write job descriptions and role responsibilities and requirements, and reconcile staffing plans with management, technical subject matter experts, and bases of requirements.
- Lead or support the development of the Staffing Solution with differentiated strengths, tailoring Team SAIC capabilities to the customer problem set.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's and 15 years or more of related experience; relevant years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Demonstrated expertise providing innovative staffing solutions across a wide domain of technical competencies
- Experience winning large, complex government Engineering, IT or Mission Support programs
- Extensive proposal experience as a staffing lead architect on large ($50M+) government procurements either responding to or evaluating
- Demonstrated understanding of FEDSIM / AAS
- Demonstrated leadership capability to articulate a solution across all stakeholders and management
- Minimum Intermediate level Excel skills
- Ability to work in dynamic and time-sensitive environment; to include occasional evenings and weekends during live proposal to meet delivery timelines when necessary
- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills; experience transitioning solution into written / oral proposal; experience translating solution requirements into staffing plan template requirements
- Understanding of the costs, schedule and level of effort associated with delivering a staffing plan solution
CLEARANCE : U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
TRAVEL : Ability to travel as required up to 25% (typically to Reston, VA)
Target salary range : $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
