General Description

Under the direction of the Electrical Manager, the Electrical Assistant will work with the electrical team lead or manager to complete all electrical work as instructed.

This position will be responsible for any tasks required by the electrical team and must be willing to do hands-on, physical work to complete these responsibilities.

The ideal candidate would be actively interested in continuing their electrical career.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to use hand and power tools properly.
• Work in a team atmosphere with assembly and engineering teams.
• Ability to move, push, pull, or lift moderately heavy objects.
• Ability to work at heights, climb and work on ladders, scissors lifts, and articulating lifts.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously; attention to detail with strong organization skills.
• Assisting the electrical team with all tasks within the department to support daily work.
• Be sure that you and the people around you are working safely.
• Helps drive and support BCT's Culture and Core Values.
