About The Position
Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Specialty : Physical Therapist Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Days Guaranteed Hours : 36 per week Experience : New graduates are welcome;
SNF experience is preferred. License : Must provide license verification Certifications : Not specified Must-Have : Resume- Negative Covid test conducted 72 hours prior to the start date with results available 48 hours before the start date Job Description : Provide physical therapy services to help patients improve mobility and manage pain.
- Collaborate with a team of health professionals to create and implement personalized treatment plans.- Monitor and document the progress of patients.
- Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards.- Maintain patient confidentiality and engage in open communication.
- Participate in orientation and training as required.- Comply with all health and safety regulations.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
