Job Title : Restaurant Manager

Salary : $65,000 base plus performance-based bonus opportunities

Overview :
Gecko Hospitality is excited to offer Restaurant Manager positions within a prominent and expanding restaurant group renowned for its wood-fired cuisine and bustling gastro brunch experience.
We're looking for driven, experienced managers ready to lead teams and elevate dining experiences at various locations across San Diego.
Key Responsibilities :
- Direct all facets of day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Manage and mentor staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance.
- Maintain inventory control, ensuring all supplies meet the restaurant's operational needs.
- Oversee financial management, including adherence to budgets and maximization of financial performance.
- Engage directly with patrons to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
- Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Leverage personal service opportunities on the floor, including bar and table management, to enhance earning potential through tips.
- Implement innovative strategies to drive restaurant performance and market presence.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, with a strong preference for candidates with high-volume restaurant experience.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of developing successful teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in managing diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage, financial responsibilities, and customer service.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the hospitality industry.
