Job Overview :

Graham Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager in the Ft. Belvoir, VA, area to join our team.

The ideal candidate will provide leadership and guidance, support mid-level project managers, and work closely with the Senior Program Manager and Government project manager leads to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management Leadership : Serve as the Senior Project Manager, providing strategic oversight under the direction of the Senior Program Manager and Government project manager leads.
• Guidance and Mentorship : Offer advice and support to mid-level project managers to help them achieve project objectives and maintain alignment with PMI standards.
• Compliance with PMI Guidelines : Ensure all project management tasks are executed per PMI guidelines, maintaining high performance and efficiency standards.
• Project Planning and Execution : Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards and deadlines.

Basic Requirements :

• Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS / SCI) clearance.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Years of Experience and Degree
• With a master's degree : six years of IT project management experience
• With a bachelor's degree : eight years of IT project management experience
• With associate's degree : ten years of IT project management experience
• Three years of working experience with Microsoft Project.
