Responsibilities
Use available resources to select the appropriate assessment for alearner and complete all required components for the client sfunding source in time for properreview.
Administerassessments including but not limited to VBMAPP ABLLSR Essentialfor Living Functional Assessments and FunctionalAnalysis
Developreports including but not limited to functional behaviorassessments individual treatment plans behavior intervention plansand dischargesummaries.
Utilizebehavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skillsneeded for the client s program. Monitor progress regularly viavisual analysis and make program changes whenindicated.
Trainand supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABAprocedures andinterventions
Develop individualized programming based on the needs of the clientas well as thecaregiver.
Qualifications
Master s degree in ABA Psychology Education or relatedfield
Minimum oftwo (2) years of related professional experience working withchildren with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in amultidisciplinary team settingpreferred
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in goodstanding with the BACBrequired
Works withintegrity and adheres to the BACB Ethical Code HIPAA practices andcompany policies
Ability to move freely quickly and frequently from a seatedposition (on the floor or in a chair) to a standing position aswell as the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. onoccasion
