DUTIES :
- Collecting information from the patients to be admitted;medical records insurance details
- Recordinghealth details of patients; including vitals &temperature
- Helps the patient prepare formedical examinations and takes test samples frompatients
- Administering medications andinjections to patients as needed
- Treating anddressing wounds and bedsores as needed
- May berequired to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants(CNAs)
- Helps patients get dressed & takecare of personal hygiene
- Monitors patientsfood and liquid intake and output
REQUIREMENTS :
- Must be able to work as a team member
- Valid NJ State LPN license
- Must bein good standing with State Registry
