Details :
- Oversee all departments : Customer Service, Sales / Marketing, Inventory / Purchasing, Shipping / Warehouse
- Handle internal HR issues and including :
- Employee contract renewal
- Reviewing and approving time off
- Process payroll in ADP WorkForce
- Manage / Oversee top clients
- Order processing / management
- Shipment management
- Admin of phone and LiveChat system
- Review and approve weekly supply orders and AP checks
- Enforce our policies and procedures as necessary
Skills and experience :
- Experience managing a small company
- Experience with ADP Workforce, Cavallo, Great Plains, and / or Vantage Point EDI a plus
- Ability to critically think, be proactive, and problem solve
- Some knowledge of inventory management
- Sales experience also a plus
