Job Description

INTERNSHIP FORMAT

Remote : The format for this internship will be remote, meaning the intern will work virtually. Relocation and housing will not be provided.

Remote work must be completed at a location based in the United States. Interns who live in the Metro-Detroit area may be asked to work on-site periodically.

The on-site work could be at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan or at the Centerline, Michigan complex.

INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW

• When : The internship program will run from May 19 - August 8, 2025.
• Where : All internships are in the United States. Even remote work assignments must be completed within the United States.
• Transportation : Interns are responsible for getting to and from work daily. Stellantis does not provide transportation to interns.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS

Mopar is a division of Stellantis that provides parts, vehicle service and customer care for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles.

It offers original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and accessories, as well as custom vehicle modifications. Mopar also operates over 1,750 Mopar Express Lanes, providing convenient and efficient vehicle service.

As a Mopar Technical Intern, you may have the opportunity to work in one of the following areas : Technical Service Operations, Parts Sales and Field Operations

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Majoring in Engineering (Software, Computer, Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Technology), Programming, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by the spring of 2025
• GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
• Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations
• A self-starter with a driven-to-succeed personality
• Strong interest in the automotive industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
