Purpose :
In accordance with the Buckman Way, your contribution to the success of Buckman Labs can be summarized as :
Maintenance and efficient operation of the Memphis plant's utility systems, HVAC systems, and waste water treatment in accordance to regulations and in support of the Buckman Way.
Requirements
Shelby County Tennessee 1st Class Boilers License
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Education
Two to four years related experience and / or training
Experience in boiler and refrigeration operations

Efficiently Maintain and Monitor the Boiler Operation and related equipment
- Train others in the proper operation of the boilers and related equipment
- Maintain the variance with the State of Tennessee that allows the automatic monitoring of the boilers
Maintaining a working knowledge of all applicable regulations of Buckman's boiler operation
- Effectively feeding treatment chemicals to the boiler
- Maintaining a working knowledge of the controls and alarm system of the boiler operation
- Effectively utilizing outside services to maintain and repair the boilers
- Working with outside services during boiler inspections
- Inspecting the boiler for needed service
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning the boiler operation
Efficiently Maintain and Monitor the Cooled Water Systems
- Train others in the proper operation of cooled water systems
- maintaining a working knowledge of all applicable regulations of Buckman's cooled water operation
- effectively feeding treatment chemicals to the cooled towers
- maintaining a working knowledge of the controls and alarm system of the cooled water operation
- effectively utilizing outside services to maintain and repair the cooled water
- inspecting the cooling towers for needed service
- collecting and analyzing data concerning the cooled water operation
Efficiently Maintain and Monitor the Plant Waste Water System
- Train others in the operation of the Plant waste water system
- maintaining a working knowledge of all applicable regulations ofBuckman's plant waste water system
- effectively feeding treatment chemicals to the plant waste water system
- maintaining a working knowledge of the controls and alarm system of the plant waste water system
- effectively utilizing outside services to maintain and repair the plant waste water system
- inspecting the plant waste water system for needed service

Efficiently Maintain and Monitor the Chilled Water System Work Result
