An award winning, highly ranked, respected hospital in the Central Region of Connecticut is seeking a RN Manager PACU. The PACU RN Manager will report to the Director of Perioperative Services and work in collaboration with to oversee a highly rated PACU.
The Nurse Manager PACU will be responsible for the everyday operational management of a 15+ bay PACU (about half for inpatient surgical procedures and half for outpatient surgical procedures) including effective management of human, fiscal, and material resources.
The Nurse Manager PACU will also play an important role in coordinating patient care and care delivery processes to ensure excellent patient care is provided.

The Nurse Manager PACU will get a quick interview with a BSN degree or higher with experience with CCU / ICU, PACU, or ED experience as well as having two year’s experience in a supervisor or manager role.
