Position at EssenceMediacom The Data & Analytics team on the PlayStation account brings together paid media activity with point of sale and Console data to measure the effectiveness of media and provide guidance to optimise campaign performance.
Your role is to analyse the effectiveness of media campaigns on driving sales focusing on tactical improvements. Which audiences to target, which creative assets are driving the most sales, phasing of campaigns, how multiple campaigns interact to increase customer value and so on. Key Responsibilities :
- Support agency activation, planning and strategy teams to request 1st party CRM data from client. You will have access to the client’s customer data warehouse and overlay that data to media activity.
- Report on the efficiency with which we have purchased media analysing CPC, CPV, CPCV, CPM, Reach and Frequency.
Considerations :
- Client Management : You will be working as an extension of the client’s analytics team responding directly to their questions on the effectiveness of paid media.
- Measurement Framework : Work with marketing and strategy teams on implementing a measurement framework. You will help ensure we market efficiently with a clear line of sight to commercial outcomes, balance short and long-term value.
Specifically in your case focusing on how groups of customers are being impacted by the collection of best practises we have.
Key Performance Indicators : - Clarity of decision making across the business if we are making decisions off data there should be less opinion-based debates.
- Increased trust and reliance in data and analytics work from the rest of the business. Qualifications / Experience / Capabilities : - Excellent communication and presentation abilities- Experience in campaign analytics- Knowledge of Statistical modelling (Regression analysis, A / B Testing etc ) and the associated packages (STATA, Python / R packages or SPSS) - Programming Experience in Python, SQL, R, BigQuery, Snowflake, Pandas / sklearn / StatsModel Python packages, Looker or Domo is a plus.
