Shift : Days / 8 : 30a-5p, 8x5, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, every 4th weekend

Length : 13 weeks

Call rotating. Approximately 7 shifts per quarter, 3 of which are on the weekends they work, but based on unit’s needs.

MO License

1 year previous Adult Skilled Home Health Experience

Phlebotomy / IV Management experience required

Computerized documentation experience required OASIS preferred

Admission Assessment experience required

Case Management preferred experience required

Discharge / discharge due to safety or Noncompliance experience required

Recertification experience required

Resumption of care experience required

Routine Visit experience required

Start of Care experience required

Wound Care experience required

Medication administration / management experience required

Infection Control Precautions experience required
