Mission : Reporting to the CEO, you'll drive safety excellence, operational efficiency, and fleet optimization. You'll build upon existing foundational work, mentor teams, collaborate with P&L owners, and empower the company to achieve its ambitious goals and maintain a best-in-class safety rating.

Key Responsibilities :
Safety Champion :
- Lead the company-wide safety program, upholding a healthy mod rating.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to embed safety into the heart of our work.
- Oversee incident reporting, analysis, and corrective measures.
- Facilitate OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications for the team.
- Drive the safety culture through weekly communications and engagement initiatives.
Fleet and Equipment Guru :
- Manage a fleet of 150-200 vehicles and diverse landscaping equipment.
- Develop and implement strategies for total cost of ownership optimization.
- Partner with P&L owners on equipment procurement and replacement cycles.
- Oversee equipment training and run equipment rodeos.
Facilities Management :
Oversee two company locations, ensuring functionality and safety.
Training and Development :
Collaborate on training content and delivery through the company's LMS.
Operational Excellence :
- Partner with leadership to enhance processes and drive efficiency across multiple service lines (Construction, Maintenance, Lawn Care).
- Be hands-on in daily operations, assisting with dispatch as needed.
Strategic Partner :
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning and initiatives.
- Potential to grow into a COO role, contributing to the company's long-term vision.
Ideal Profile :
- Experience : 5+ years in a safety leadership role, ideally within landscaping, construction, or related industry with significant fleet / equipment involvement.
- Safety Expertise : Deep understanding of safety regulations, incident prevention, and training best practices.
- Fleet Management : Proven skills in fleet optimization, cost analysis, and equipment lifecycle management.
- Leadership : Strong ability to mentor, inspire, and drive team accountability.
- Customer-focused : Exceptional internal customer service mindset, fostering collaboration.
- Data-driven : Analytical approach to problem-solving and performance improvement.

Compensation and Benefits :
- Base Salary : $100,000 - $130k+
- Performance Bonus : Up to 30% based on Safety, Team Engagement / Staffing, and Company Performance metrics.
