Entry Level Customer Support Representative

We are looking to hire an entry-level Customer Support Representative to take a unique, relationship-oriented approach to their campaigns and sales, and liaise between major clients and their customers.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Support Representative : Incorporate knowledge of the industry to complete sales and enrollment initiatives.
Investigate and solve customer inquiries and communicate the services and products available to them to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Lead by example and positively and professionally represent the clients. Provide product and customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
Manage in-field promotional marketing campaigns. Requirements of the Entry Level Customer Support Representative : Work experience in the following industries is an asset, but not required : Communications, Business administration, Management, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, Retail, and related fields.
