Craftex Communications, a leading marketing solutions provider based in Miami, is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dedicated team.

Pay range : $18.50 - $30.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with inquiries, orders, and general support.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
• Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues as needed.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes on interactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the customer service team.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to problem-solve and handle challenging situations with diplomacy.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
