Position Overview :
As the Catering Lead, you are key to the success of our catering business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our catering business, driving sales through building relationships with local businesses and current guests.
Additionally you will be the role model amongst our FOH team and maintain our company standards in regards to food safety and quality.
You will be a mentor, coach, and leader that our FOH teams will want to emulate. At PURALIMA we are committed to growing our leaders from within and the Catering Lead role is an absolutely vital role in our continued success and growth as a company.
Service Lead Duties and Responsibilities :
- Own the success of our catering operations by managing and overseeing the production and completion of catering orders
- Communicate and support all catering guests delivery a best in class experience
- Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
- Motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
- Execute, control and direct the preparation of all food which includes necessary process for food safety and quality control
- Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner
- Own the Online Ordering (OLO) station and ensure orders are accurately completed by the promised pick-up time
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Monitor COGS, food waste, inventory levels, and resolving any food quality or safety issue
- Live and represent the PURALIMA brand day in and out Job Requirements :
- Minimum
- Minimum
- 1-2 years previous restaurant experience
- Strong sales skills to increase catering sales
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-pace environment
- Full-time availability with a flexible schedule
- Preferred
- Management experience in the restaurant industry
- 1-2 years of catering experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
