STV is experiencing tremendous growth in our Arizona Transportation Team, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Engineering Manager.

Key responsibilities : Leading and managing conceptual, preliminary and final design and reviewing all phases of transit / roadway project development for our various projects.
The preferred candidate should have experience performing, leading, and / or managing the following :
Roadway and rail geometrics.
Roadway and cross section development.
Grading and drainage.
Erosion and sediment control and storm water management.
Traffic control, traffic studies, signalization and signing and pavement marking.
Utility design coordination.
Preparation of plans, specifications and estimate packages and design documents.
Business development including identifying, pursuing, proposing on and interviewing for transportation projects.
Team management and leadership.
Valley Metro, Maricopa Association of Governments, City of Phoenix, and / or Arizona Department of Transportation experience strongly preferred.
Familiarity with the following subject matter areas is strongly desired :
Erosion and sediment control.
Storm water management.
Traffic studies and signalization.
Required Experience :
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field required.
Arizona PE License required.
20+ years of experience desired.
Experience with one or more of the following software packages - MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer (ORD), InRoads / Geopak, Autodesk Civil 3D / AutoCAD and / or Microsoft Office suite.
Experience working on and interfacing with rail / bus transit projects; understands design and development of rail alignments.
Active participation in professional societies like WTS Metropolitan Phoenix Chapter, ACEC Arizona, ITS Arizona activities strongly desired.

Compensation Range :
$138,866.45 - $185,155.27
