We are in search of a meticulous Bilingual Spanish Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida. In this role, the Clerk will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including data entry, document preparation, title and registration applications, form completion, and fee calculation.
This role is a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately process data entry tasks and prepare necessary documents
- Complete title and registration applications for vehicles
- Calculate fees and state dues accurately, ensuring compliance with state regulations
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Efficiently complete forms related to the functions of the role
- Provide efficient and dependable service, adapting to a fast-paced work environment
- Utilize organizational skills to effectively multitask and manage various responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Bilingual Spanish required
- The applicant must possess a high school diploma or equivalent level of education.
- Proficiency in Data Entry is essential for this role.
