Who we are looking for :

Senior Copywriter

What you'll do :

The Senior Copywriter is responsible for generating ideas for advertising and promotional copy, developing texts from draft stage through finished product.

In this role, you will work closely with creative and account teams to ensure adherence to client's marketing strategies and objectives within specified deadlines and partner with a Senior Art Director to generate concepts.

Who you are :

  • Strong conceptual abilities, remarkable writing skills and a solid knowledge of the digital landscape
  • Polished client presentation skills demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client challenge
  • Ability to lead by example and mentor younger creatives in their development
  • Desire to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment

What you'll need :

  • Five-plus years of experience in an agency setting
  • Expresses ideas clearly and accurately.
  • Works effectively in a team environment to build and foster collaborative environment.
  • Able to deliver compelling, strategic, well-crafted communications across multiple platforms for a diverse range of audiences.
  • Writes in a clear and concise manner while maintaining quality control by adhering to clarity, proper grammar, agency process, client referencing and legal requirements.
  • Works collaboratively with creative and account partners. Can direct others to ensure proper production of campaign elements.
  • Able to execute projects in a timely and intelligent manner while contributing strategically to the long-term vision of the brand internally and with the client.
  • Understands marketing plans including objectives and strategies and how success will be measured.
  • Experience with participating in strategic and tactical meetings and contributing innovative ideas, tactics, and copy appropriate to the client marketing strategy.
  • Can act as a brand steward who knows the market, asks the right questions, and works with clients to solve strategic and copy issues.
  • Can coordinate creative materials across other disciplines.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
