Insight Global is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and foster strategic partnerships, leverage market insights and innovative strategies to expand the company’s client base and achieve revenue targets.
Permanent Role
Salary : $70K-$85K (plus commission)
Onsite in Plainville, CT
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Achieve at least 10% annual growth of new clients and business opportunities.
Focus on State and Local governmental initiatives.
Pursue new industrial customers’ opportunities utilizing a cross functional business approach.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure customer deliverables are achieved.
Understand market dynamics and competition as it relates to our business model.
Identify and research potential clients and competition.
Pursue leads, timelines and execution time to close.
Prepare growth reports while interpreting data and translating complex results into practical solutions and recommendations.
Generate & quantify warm leads to enhance and broaden business development growth goals.
Support RFQ / P process and submissions.
Seek out organizations and trade show opportunities for participation.
Ability to work closely with Subject Matter Experts as well as LEA leadership.
Provide drive and a willingness to work cross functional to achieve a common goal.

Knowledge and Experience
- BS / BA in Business, Marketing or related field.
