Oncology RN needed in Martinsburg, WV. Must have good teamwork capabilities, with such a small unit and no charge nurse, teamwork is a MUST.

Must be able to hold your own and manage your patients since there is not a charge nurse. Must have good communication with providers and the care team.

Experience administering blood and blood products. Must not be afraid to be an advocate for your patient, some patients are afraid to tell their providers what they really want so having someone advocate for them or empower their patients to advocate for themselves is important.
