A leading Long Term Care company in the state of Ohio is currently recruiting for an LPN Staff Development Coordinator for a facility in the Cincinnati, OH area.

Qualified candidates for this position will have :
- A current Ohio LPN license.
- The ability to work with staff and assist them in teh development of the skillsets needed for their positions.
- Minimum of 2 years experience.
- Prior experience in staff development in long term care desirable.
- Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care center.
