DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Identify and assess supply chain risks, including supplier capacity, quality, financial, and geopolitical risks.
- Develop and implement supply risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to mitigate or reduce the impact of identified risks.
- Monitor compliance with supply risk management policies and procedures.
- Work with global Category Managers and cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation plans. Ensure all identified risks are effectively managed by the Category Managers.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify emerging risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure open communication and collaboration.
- Lead a team of supply risk management professionals and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement supply risk reporting to provide visibility into supply chain risks to key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to supply risk management.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company’s 2025 Strategy.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Supply Risk Management function (e.g. Supply Chain, Business Administration, etc.) including a minimum of 7+ years’ experience.
- ERP experience, SAP preferred.
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of global supply chain risk management strategies, policies & procedures.
- Team player with ability to listen & lead with influence, within a matrix organization.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent project management skills including leading, prioritization, scheduling, written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with SAP & Microsoft Office.
