Bilingual Intake Specialist

Bilingual (English and Spanish) Remote Intake Specialist. Right Path Law Group, PLLC is based in the United States.

Our law office is growing fast and we’re searching for a full-time Legal Intake Specialist to help us succeed! You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening, and surveying for potential cases, and helping our lawyers manage their meetings.

$6 - $8 hourly Depending on Experience

Compensation : $6 - $8 hourly DOE

Responsibilities :

• Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files
• Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard
• Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases
• Serve as potential clients' first point of contact, answering calls and inquiries with a welcoming and empathetic attitude
• Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather relevant information and assess potential client needs
• Convert leads into appointments by effectively communicating the value of our services

Qualifications :

• Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Previous legal experience highly valued
• Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired
• High school diploma or GED is a requirement; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is non-negotiable
