Pay Rate : $62.00 / hr - $65.00 / hr on W2
Job Description
The Global Finance Technology (GFT) team is part of a broader Technology organization working on various internal projects support the Finance organizations.
The GFT program management team is responsible for overall program / project management activities. The role is part of the Enterprise Risk & Finance organization which supports lines of business across the enterprise with delivering complex projects impacting financial systems.
Activities include engagement with relevant parties to understand impacts of upcoming changes to financial systems, collaboration on planning, execute testing, preparation for deployment, and subsequent post deployment control activities.
The role works closely with line of business Project and Operations team members, as well as Global Technology, Operations, and CFO stakeholders.

Required Skills
1. 5+ years prior technology project / change management experience
2. Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficient
3. Working familiarity with JIRA and Lean / Agile routines and practices
4. Must have a great working attitude, be flexible, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment
5. Must be able to effectively communicate with managers, peers and partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed from them
6. Business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal outcomes
7. Ability to think through complex problems and passion for debug and resolution.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desired Skills
1. Reporting experience
2. Working familiarity with BAC applications PPRT and PMMT for program and project management
3. Working familiarity with PCM for initiative financial management
4. BS / BA in Accounting, Finance or PMP certified
5. Experience with systems development lifecycle practices / methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall methods
6. Other technical skills, including MS Access, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.
7. Experience and desire to work in an Agile process (pair programming, daily stand-ups, etc.)
