Description
Now Hiring : General Laborer
Work Schedule : Monday to Thursday, 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (1 hour lunch)
Key Responsibilities :
Safety Compliance : Observes and follows all safety rules and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper material handling procedures.
Quality Assurance : Follows established General Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety guidelines to maintain product quality.
Conducts periodic inspections, troubleshoots, makes adjustments, and cleans equipment as necessary.
Product Handling : Counts, packs, and inspects finished products to ensure correct labeling, cleanliness, and integrity.
Team Collaboration : Works collaboratively with production supervisors and team members to understand the overall impact of their role on team productivity.
Task Execution : Performs specific tasks assigned by production supervisors, which may include loading, packing, dumping, and cutting.
