Job Description
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position
- Maintain accurate and complete general ledger accounts and ensure transactions are properly recorded
- Oversee month-end close processes and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes and ensure financial information is accurate and timely
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
- Participate in the implementation and maintenance of new accounting software and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and analysis
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, including experience in financial reporting and month-end close processes
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, preferred
