Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in residential construction estimating.
Knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and permitting processes.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Essential Functions :
Develop client proposals.
Create and maintain detailed budgets for all assigned projects.
Approve invoices and cost code for accounting.
Accurately calculate project budgets and gross profits.
Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Initiate construction loans.
Foster positive client relationships.
