The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for new and existing Wisniewski & Associates, LLC, clients. He or she will answer all incoming calls, either take messages or direct the calls to the appropriate attorney or voice mail box.
She or he will greet all people coming into the office and direct them to the appropriate conference room or attorneys office.
The receptionist will maintain the office calendar, schedule conference room use, open, sort and scan incoming mail and file documents and correspondence when needed.
Responsibilities :
- The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for new and existing Wisniewski & Associates, LLC, clients
- He or she will answer all incoming calls, either take messages or direct the calls to the appropriate attorney or voice mail box
- She or he will greet all people coming into the office and direct them to the appropriate conference room or attorneys office
- The Receptionist will maintain the office calendar, schedule conference room use, open, sort and scan incoming mail and file documents and correspondence when needed
- The Receptionist will also assist attorneys in producing documents and correspondence by preparing formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics via correspondence and / or e-mails;
- initiating telecommunications; organizing client meetings or conference calls; scheduling couriers and other special functions;
coordinating preparation of charts, graphs, and other visuals
Assists attorneys by documenting and inputting attorney billable time and reimbursable expenses
Qualifications :
- Must be dependable and professional, possess documentation, meeting planning, supply management and telephone skills
- Must be experienced in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Time Matters and Time Slips
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- He has also dedicated much of his life to public service, serving as a member of the New Jersey Legislature for twenty two years and as Chairman of the Assembly Transportation Committee and New Jersey Fire Safety Commission for much of that time
