We cook everything from scratch using fresh, local ingredients.Learn more about careers with Bon Appétit : Job SummaryWe are looking for an Assistant Cafe Manager to join our team!As the Assistant Cafe Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Cafe Manager on the overall success of the Cafe.

This means adhering to our user’s (partner) culture and guidelines, the Health Department’s regulations, and Compass standards and expectations of food quality, freshness and presentation.

You will assist the Cafe Manager for managing the daily operations of the cafe, including selection, development, and performance management of employees.

As the Assistant Cafe Manager, you will also motivate and direct all employees to accomplish the objectives of the operation to the satisfaction of the customers, and maintain a working relation with the user.
