- Control costs and budget for job assigned.
- Ensure all signage and information is posted on location and in field office in clear view and accessible to everyone coming to site.
JSA’s, SSSP, One Call, etc.)
- Attend and participate in daily morning safety meetings, pre-lift meetings, and any other safety meeting held onsite.
- Approve and turn-in payroll for the personnel on location of site assigned to office manager for daily input.
- Stay in steady contact with customers and vendors to ensure scheduled dates are met. This includes scheduling third party contractors, equipment, and material deliveries.
- Assure all third-party contractors scheduled to be on site (cranes, helical contractor, containment contractors, etc.) will have proper training and safety documentation when they arrive at the site.
- Plan and work with site Superintendent to ensure schedule is kept, any deviations should be reported to the Operations Manager ASAP.
- Schedule milestone completion dates and ensure these are met, minimum of a 3 week look ahead.
- Work with customer inspection team as well as customer engineer to get milestone completion signatures for invoicing when milestones are completed and send signed completion forms to Operations Manager for invoicing.
- Host weekly progress meetings with the customer inspection team as well as engineering team. Meetings should consist of an updated schedule, progress made the prior week, progress expectation for the upcoming week, as well as any issues that have come up or issues that we see in the future.
- Participate in any company meetings held over project assigned to and have clear updates for the project with updated schedule.
