As a Front Desk Ambassador at Renaissance, you are one of the first points of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver a best-in-class guest experience by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to all requests.
- Greet and acknowledge guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Resolve guest complaints efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, hours of operation, room rates, special packages, promotions, and group activities.
- Handle guest check-ins, verify registration information, and manage overbooked or 'walked' guests.
- Accept and record wake-up call requests.
- Communicate important guest information to relevant departments, such as special requests and amenity deliveries.
- Collaborate with housekeeping to resolve room status discrepancies.
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of front desk experience, preferably with Marriott.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, if required.

Salary : $15.00 to $18.00 / hour
