Seeking a sales senior business to business salesperson preferably working in the CAI, HOA, or BOMA markets, who would be interested in leveraging their existing contacts for roofing sales.
You will not be required to get on roofs. An individual with extensive business-to-business sales experience within these markets would allow for a quick transition and first year success.
We would be willing to train the right person with extensive business to business sales experience with or without contacts in these markets! Individual should be a self- starter, self- motivated, experienced salesperson capable of communicating clearly and concisely with clients and potential clients and willing to learn.
We are looking for talented and competitive Sales Representatives that excel in qualifying prospects and closing sales. Sales Representatives will service existing customers and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential leads.
Effectively communicate the correct solution / product for prospects needs and explain the benefits and potential outcome of the proposed strategy, solutions, and / or product.
Keep management informed by submitting activities, results, and paperwork via weekly reports. The candidate must have experience working with apartment (AAA) communities, BOMA, or condominium / town home / homeowner associations (CAI) in a sales role.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect and generate leads and following up on existing opportunities
- Network with existing and new clients at company events and shows, performing presentations
- Close sales
- Inspect roofs and then create, provide, and present roofing estimates
- Service existing customers and establish new accounts
- Inform management of sales quota, etc.
Job Benefits :
- Salary starting at $65,000 - $75,000 base pay + Commission (Based on sales goals being met)
