This entry level position provides customer service support to the Risk Services Division of Porter & Curtis. The Risk Services Division creates, implements and maintains customized integrated risk management solutions.

The cornerstone of this approach is the use of risk standards which identify the expectations of each client organization.

Porter & Curtis provides standards support, monitors program compliance and fields inquires via phone, email and online.

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To :

  • Provide clients with telephonic and online risk management support
  • Take incoming calls from multiple clients
  • Understand and apply a client’s particular set of risk standards to answer risk management inquiries
  • Document client interactions
  • Provide a friendly and helpful customer service
  • Conduct telephonic or on-site risk management audits
  • Update Exposure Schedules Online
  • Manage project deadlines as assigned
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results

Requirements :

  • Education Recent graduates welcome, minimum of High School Degree required
  • Experience : entry level position
  • Professional speaking and writing skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively
  • Commitment to continued development of skills and knowledge
  • Ability to show flexibility in response to change and adapt to accommodate standards
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products particularly Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Compensation :

The base salary range for this position is $43,000 to $48,000. The offer will depend on the geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Heffernan offers a comprehensive benefits package;
