As a Digital Marketing Specialist , you will be instrumental in driving their digital marketing efforts, enhancing brand awareness and generating leads through various online channels.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
This is a contract-to-permanent position and the ideal candidate must be comfortable working a hybrid work schedule.
Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, SEM, SEO and display advertising
- Optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement and conversions, leveraging analytics and insights to continuously improve performance
- Create and manage content for the company website, blog and social media platforms to engage audiences and promote brand visibility
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visual and written content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, SEM and social media
Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years’ proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing campaigns across multiple digital platforms
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing and content marketing principles
- Experience using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., Moz, SEMrush) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for crafting engaging content
