Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Operating Room Technologist for a travel assignment in Clinton Township, MI.
In this role, you will support cardiovascular surgical procedures by assisting the surgical team and ensuring a safe and efficient operating environment.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and maintain the operating room for cardiovascular procedures
- Assist surgeons and surgical staff during operations, ensuring all instruments and supplies are readily available
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and equipment functionality during procedures
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols
- Provide post-operative support and care as needed
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and effective munication
Requirements :
- Active certification as a Surgical Technologist or relevant credentials
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a cardiovascular operating room setting
- Strong technical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent munication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to travel
